Jordan Smith’s Triumphant Return to Supercross at Seattle
Triumph Factory Racing's Jordon Smith is set to make his return to the AMA Supercross Championship this weekend at Seattle's Lumen Field, following a recovery from injuries sustained in a crash earlier this season.
The incident occurred during the first race of the Triple Crown event in Arlington, Texas, on February 22. While leading the 250SX West class, Smith suffered a significant crash in the whoops section, resulting in a punctured lung, four broken ribs, and a minor laceration to his spleen. These injuries forced him to miss subsequent rounds, including the Indianapolis Supercross on March 8.
Prior to the accident, Smith was in strong form, holding second place in the 250SX West standings, just two points behind the leader. Despite the setback, he has remained determined throughout his recovery process. Triumph Racing expressed confidence in his return, emphasizing that his health has been the top priority and that they expect him to come back strong.
As the Seattle Supercross approaches on March 29, fans and the racing community are eager to see Smith n the track, anticipating a com performance as he resumes his 2025 sean.
